Roof Top Tent Shell - Roofnest Sparrow

We worked with Roofnest to design an ABS molded shell for their Sparrow Roof Top Tent. The Roofnest team provided a hand sketch with the rough shape they wanted for their tent shell. We created a 3D model of the shell with a smooth aerodynamic shape that would also shed rain water away from the tent. The shell also has strengthening features to add rigidity and a rear storage compartment for storing camping gear.
